Understand Your Product’s Function and Application

If it must withstand impact or load, choose tough engineering plastics such as ABS, Nylon (PA), or Polycarbonate (PC).
For flexible parts like seals or grips, TPE or TPU are ideal.

For our injection molded parts, the tolerance can be down to 0.02mm. Unless otherwise specified, we comply with the DIN 16742 standard tolerances for general features. The factors might affect the tolerance list as follows. We take care of every single step to ensure the customers get parts as tight tolerance as possible.

 

Material Type – Different resins shrink differently during cooling.
Part Geometry – Thicker parts tend to shrink more.
Mold Design & Quality – Precision-machined molds produce more accurate parts.
Parameters – Temperature, injection speed, and cooling rate impact tolerance.
